Copy that moves people.
Flows that keep them.

Real sends from the Just Hype UAE Klaviyo account and the WhatsApp lifecycle stack beside it. Copy, design, build and send were all mine.

Emails, as sent

Rendered from the live Klaviyo templates. Tap any email to read it in full. Each one carries the job it had to do and what I would test next.

02 · Sequences, not sends

The Black Friday ladder

November 2025. One promotion, seven emails, each with a different job. Early access is the engine: it builds a list that hears about the sale first and gives the main send a warm audience to land on.

Step 1

10 Nov · Tease

Something BIG is coming… and you’ll want in 👀

Whole base. One job: get them to sign up for early access.

Step 2

12 Nov · Product focus

Top-rated backpacks. All function. All style. All on sale.

Show the hero products before the price. Second push for early access.

Step 3

15 Nov · Access unlocked

Your Black Friday access just unlocked 🔥

Early-access list only. The sale opens for them, days before the public.

Step 4

19 Nov · Reminder

Use Your Early Access Before It Expires ⏰

Early-access list, non-buyers. Deadline framing, nothing new added.

Step 5

21 Nov · Live

BLACK FRIDAY IS LIVE ⚡ Up to 70% OFF!

Everyone. The main send, sized for inbox and mobile in one hero.

Step 6

28 Nov · Gifting angle

For the Ones You Love ❤️ Flat 60% Off Starts Today

Same sale, new reason: buying for someone else.

Step 7

29 Nov · Bestsellers

Your Favourites Are on SALE! Get Flat 60% Off Today

Last call built on social proof: what other people already bought.

03 · Flow architecture

The automations behind the calendar

Drawn from the live flow definitions in Klaviyo. Each split exists because the two audiences need a different message, not a different discount.

04 · Beyond the inbox

The WhatsApp lifecycle stack

Nineteen automations and the broadcasts that sit next to the email programme, sent through the Meta Cloud API from a console I run. Same principle as email: one trigger, one job, one message.

Subject lines, by tactic

All from sent campaigns. A subject line has one job: earn the open honestly, so the email can do the rest.

06 · How the programme runs

The parts you don’t see in the inbox

1

Calendar

Drops set the rhythm. Each drop gets a tease, an early-access window, a launch and a last call. Seasonal moments layer on top. One promotional mechanic live at a time, so the audience always knows what the offer is.

2

Segmentation

Engaged before whole base. Customers and non-customers get different welcomes. Cart value decides the recovery message. Category affinity decides the hero. Lapsed windows decide who hears from win-back. Channel consent is its own dimension, never assumed.

3

Testing

One variable per send: subject, hero, plain text against designed, discount against no discount. Winners fold into the standard template set. The flow ladder gets a proper review each quarter rather than constant tinkering.

4

Deliverability

Dedicated sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned. A sunset flow runs before anyone is suppressed. Quiet hours per market for SMS and WhatsApp. STOP is honoured everywhere and written back to the source. Complaint rate checked after every large send.

07 · Earlier programmes

Before Just Hype

Assets from these accounts belong to those companies, so they appear here as what was built, not as screenshots.

2018–2022

Suta

Mumbai · DTC fashion on Shopify

Klaviyo built from zero: welcome series, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back. A festive-season calendar with sends segmented by category, region and basket size, and SMS added for the sale weeks. Creative direction for email, social and shoots.

2024–2025

Trifid Media

Dubai · growth agency, e-commerce clients

Started in sales because the emails converted, then ran retention for the agency’s DTC clients. A standard stack rolled out to every client in the first month, on Klaviyo or Omnisend depending on list size: nine core flows, a monthly calendar, RFM and engagement segments, SMS opt-in with quiet-hours rules per market.

2022–2023

Adjoltz

My own cold-email agency · US healthcare B2B

Sold and delivered cold email as a service, so the sending infrastructure was mine to run: domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm-up schedules, inbox rotation, daily bounce and complaint monitoring. Sequence copy written and tested by ICP and trigger, with HubSpot handling lifecycle stages and hand-off.

08 · For Aqua Funded

How this translates
to a prop firm

I trade funded accounts myself, so this is the lifecycle as a trader experiences it: lead, free trial, challenge, funded, payout. A sketch to argue with, not a plan. Same discipline as the retail work: one trigger, one job, one message.

Lead

  • Welcomewhat a funded account actually is
  • Proof seriespayouts, rules, verifiable
  • Trial invite

Free trial

  • Day-zero setup
  • Rule remindersbefore the rule bites
  • Trial endingthe challenge offer

Challenge

  • Near-limit warningdaily loss cap
  • Halfway check-in
  • Challenge failedthe flow that matters, below

Funded

  • First-payout guide
  • Consistency reminders
  • Scale-up offerfor rule-keepers only

Payout

  • Payout confirmation
  • Share-your-payout askfeeds the proof series
  • Next-account offer

Challenge failed · the second-account flow

Blowing an account feels personal before it feels rational. The flow respects that order.

TriggerChallenge failed (rule breached or drawdown hit)
Wait24 hours. Nothing sold on day one.
Email 1What happened, in your numbers. The rule, the day, the trade. No offer.
Wait3 days
Email 2Protect the next one. A reset account with a tighter daily loss cap and lighter monthly billing, sold as protection, not as a discount.
GateBought a new account? Yes → exit into the challenge flows
Email 3Traders who came back. Real payouts after a failed attempt, written so they can be cross-checked.
EndHand back to the calendar. No fourth chase.

Three rules I would hold to, and one edge

The answers I gave on the call, written down.

CadenceOne or two campaigns a month. Every extra send tells a trader the firm needs them more than they need the firm, and a trader who thinks that starts wondering about payouts.
ComplianceNo profit promised anywhere. Payouts and rules are the proof, written plainly enough that a trader can verify them. Copy is checked against the line before it ships.
PreparationBig pushes planned 30 to 45 days out, the whole funnel at once: who we reach, what they get after they say yes, and what happens when they fail the account they bought.
And WhatsAppFew prop firms run it, fewer run it compliantly. The consent capture, STOP handling, quiet hours and template approvals shown in section 04 are the part that makes it safe.
